Alta software release are available at https://www.altadt.com/login/software. Each supported OS is listed under a separate heading.

Alta software update procedures for 32 and 64-bit Windows can be found here:
https://www.altadt.com/ReleaseDownloads/Alta_Windows_Software_Upgrade_Procedures.pdf

For other operating systems, follow the instructions in the AltaAPI Users Manual in the appropriate Appendix for your OS as if installing the API for the first time. For operating systems like Linux that use a Unix-type device driver for altadriver and the kernel plugin, kp_altadriver, placed in the /dev directory you will need to remove the driver using the rmmod command prior to installing the new driver.
i.e rmmod altadriver and rmmod kp_altadriver (as root)

The AltaAPI Users Manual is here: https://www.altadt.com/ReleaseDownloads/AltaAPI%20Users%20Manual.pdf

The OS-specific appendices are:

Appendix B – Linux
Appendix C – VxWorks
Appendix D – LynxOS
Appendix E – GHS Integrity
Appendix F – Solaris
