This can happen IF you have a Dual-Function card and are trying to use the device in an unauthorized fashion, i.e. RT/BC simultaneously.
A Dual-Function card supports BC/BM simultaneously, OR, (multiple)RT/BM simultaneously ONLY. The cards do NOT support BC/RT simultaneous operation.
A Full-Function card supports all three modes independently or simultaneously.
If you need a Full Function device and only have a Dual Function device, your Dual-Function device can be field-upgraded to a Full-Function device easily.
